Pastificio 601 Italian Specialties
Pastificio 601 is the result of over ten years of hand-selecting and importing the highest-quality products directly from family-owned businesses in Italy. What started as private, after-hours tasting events at Santisi Imports, has evolved into much more: an artisinal produced pasta and ravioli maker.
Our specialty store is located in Easton, PA at 601 Stones Crossing Road Suite B.
At Pastificio 601, quality and production to USDA standards are our primary concerns.
Our kitchen in Palmer Township, PA, near Easton PA, is under daily inspection by the USDA.
We have many freshly made pasta shapes such as tagliatelle, spaghetti, pappardelle, fusilli, bucatini, garganelli, penne, and lasagna sheets.
Homemade ravioli varieties include: spinach & ricotta, five cheese, broccoli rave & sausage, butternut squash, mushroom, braised beef and raviogi (a ravioli filled with pierogi filling.)
We offer freshly made items available for grab and go: eggplant stackers, chicken cutlet, chicken parmesan, meatballs, tomato pie, roasted peppers, house made mozzarella, homemade cannoli and freshly made sauces.
Our imported Italian items include dried pasta, olive oils, sauces, meats and cheeses.
