At Pastificio 601, quality is our primary concern. We produce our pasta with the highest quality ingredients possible. Our production facility in Palmer Township, PA near Easton is under daily USDA inspection.
In addition to our retail store, we serve commercial accounts such as colleges, universities, offices, factories and schools.

Are you looking to increase the amount of food products served to your employees or students? We can help. From athletic nutrition to grab and go meals for dining halls, we can produce meals, fresh pasta and ravioli to suit your needs.
All pasta meals (except gluten free) contain fresh pasta produced in our facility. We have several different varieties of pasta meals available to satisfy a broad range of palettes.
While the majority of the meals we sell are Italian, we also offer three different kinds of macaroni and cheese, chicken dishes and caprese salad to name a few.
Are you short staffed like many in the industry? We can help with this as well. We have the ability to produce catering trays of food that can be stored and heated when you need them in the dining hall.
